GradVix is currently in beta. During this period, premium access is provided manually. If you have been granted premium access and are not satisfied with the service, please contact us.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis during the beta. We aim to be fair and will review refund requests promptly. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the request.
