1. Information We Collect

GradVix collects the following data to provide AI-powered career tools:

  • Resume text and documents you upload or paste
  • Job descriptions you provide for comparison or matching
  • Career inputs such as LinkedIn profile content, Naukri headlines, key skills, project descriptions, and cover letter inputs
  • Account email address and profile name
  • Saved resumes, ATS reports, and generated AI outputs
  • Usage data to enforce free / Pro limits and rate limits
  • Basic analytics (page views, tool usage events) via Google Analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

GradVix uses your career input data only to provide career tools, reports, and suggestions — for example resume building, ATS scoring, LinkedIn / Naukri optimization, cover letter and project description generation. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. AI Processing by Third Parties

Resume text, job descriptions, career inputs, and profile data you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI, and via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate reports, suggestions, and AI outputs. By using GradVix you consent to this processing solely for the purpose of producing the requested analysis or generated content. All AI API calls are made server-side; AI provider API keys are never exposed to the browser.

Please do not upload highly sensitive personal documents (government IDs, medical records, financial statements, etc.) unless they are strictly required for resume or career guidance.

4. Payments

Payment information (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details) is processed by Razorpay and is never stored on GradVix servers. We only retain order, payment, and subscription identifiers returned by Razorpay to track the status of your Pro plan.

5. Transactional Email

Transactional emails (payment confirmations, account notifications) may be sent on our behalf using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Your email address is shared with Brevo solely to deliver these messages.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used (page views, tool usage events, broad device and location data). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual users for advertising.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers that help us operate GradVix: AI providers (OpenAI, Lovable AI Gateway), Razorpay (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and our cloud hosting and database infrastructure.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at anilkumarchalavadi@gmail.com.
